Synthetic Turf

Nothing matters more than your children’s safety, which is why the right playground surface is essential. Falls on hard or abrasive surfaces are a leading cause of playground injuries, and selecting a safer, high-quality surface can make all the difference. Synthetic Turf offers an ideal solution—its accessible design makes it perfect for wheelchair use, and its durability ensures it holds up with minimal maintenance. Plus, you can say goodbye to pesticides and the health risks they pose to both kids and pets.

Unlike other options, our Synthetic Turf is crafted with non-toxic materials, creating a worry-free environment for play. Whether for playgrounds, dog parks, daycares, putting greens, or sports fields — Synthetic Turf is a long-term investment in safety, health, and peace of mind.

Poured-in-Place (PIP)

PIP is another great option for safety surfacing that not only provides a low maintenance and accessible option but is also clean, fun and attractive! You can keep costs down by going with one cohesive color throughout the space or get creative and have a custom design with beautiful patterns. Our PIP is made from non-toxic pigmented virgin rubber on top of a thick, shock-absorbing layer of recycled rubber to create a cushioned surface that allows children to play safely.

Engineered Wood Fiber (Playground Mulch)

If you are looking for a more cost-friendly solution, Playground mulch makes a great option. It is normally blown in and makes for a faster solution in getting your playground or project up and running. Keep in mind however, that although the upfront cost is much lower, loose-fill solutions such as playground mulch requires more maintenance to ensure that surfacing remains at the appropriate depth for fall height.

Importance of Safety Surfacing

Investing in proper safety surfacing is one of the most important decisions to prevent serious playground injuries. Safety surfacing creates a secure, enjoyable environment for children to play and explore, significantly reducing the risk of major injuries—especially to the head. While grass and dirt may seem adequate, they don’t provide sufficient protection. According to the National Program for Playground Safety, proper surfacing can reduce the risk of severe head injuries by 75% and bone fractures by 79%. We’re here to guide you in exploring, planning, and selecting the right surfacing for your playground project, ensuring a safe space for all.
