A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Lead times vary by manufacturer and the specifics of your project. For typical timelines, playground orders generally take 8–12 weeks, while shade orders are often 12–16 weeks—from the time the deposit is received until delivery. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. At the time of purchase, we’ll provide an estimated timeline and keep you updated on your order’s progress every step of the way—from purchase through delivery and installation.

Installation time varies based on project size and type. For small to medium playgrounds, expect around 2–3 weeks, while larger projects with multiple structures generally take 4–6 weeks. Shade installations can range from 1–2 weeks for smaller structures (450 SF or less) to 2–3 weeks for larger ones (900 SF or more). As with all construction projects, timelines are weather-dependent.

The most unpredictable part of the process, however, is permitting. Each county and city has unique requirements and processes that can change without notice, so permitting timelines may vary significantly. We provide estimated time frames at purchase and keep you updated as your project progresses.

Yes! We provide free site assessments to meet with you, understand your vision, and gather accurate site measurements while assessing any conditions that could impact the project. In some cases, we can also use a Google Earth top-down view to gather measurements remotely—whichever option is most convenient for you.

Yes. If you are purchasing playground equipment, it must be installed with an approved safety surface to pass final inspection and meet all safety requirements.

Each safety surface has its own advantages, so it’s important to consider your specific needs. For wheelchair accessibility and low maintenance, we recommend Artificial Turf or Poured-in-Place (PIP) surfacing. While these options have a higher upfront cost, they provide substantial savings over time. For a more budget-friendly option, Engineered Wood Fiber (Playground Mulch) offers an economical choice, though it will require periodic top-offs to maintain optimal safety.
